TLRH, Inc. was founded with a heartfelt mission to bring renewed hope to those who have endured struggles, hardships, challenges, and abuse. Our organization firmly believes that just as systemic forces can create hopelessness, a systematic approach can restore it. Driven by this belief, we strive to empower individuals and communities, catalyzing lasting change and rebuilding lives.

Guided by our visionary founder and Executive Director, Dr. Stephanie Hampton Credle, TLRH was born out of her personal transformation and a divine inspiration to extend that transformation to others. With unwavering faith that what was possible for her is possible for everyone, Stephanie has developed a holistic program grounded in proven principles. TLRH is headquartered in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, and we proudly extend our outreach programs to southeastern Virginia as well.

TLRH focuses on serving socially, economically, and educationally disadvantaged individuals and communities. We are committed to fostering personal growth and development among women, minorities, and individuals with disabilities. Our approach centers on restoring and addressing root causes to facilitate sustained and productive growth in the lives of those we serve.
