Storytime at Lily's Boutique - TLRH's outreach center located in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina is an award-winning celebration. We meet celebrities every day. They are courageous enough to start to rebuild hope, revive dreams, and renew their faith! What happens after...is amazing. It's transformation that lives a legacy. As long as their are believers, there will be TLRH.

At Transforming Lives & Restoring Hope (TLRH), we are deeply committed to helping communities thrive by providing essential support that empowers individuals and families to overcome obstacles and succeed. Through our Lily’s Boutique, we support job seekers by offering professional business clothing and job training, giving them the confidence and tools to enter or re-enter the workforce. In 2025, we expanded our reach by facilitating the distribution of 750 coats in partnership with Burlington Coat Factory, ensuring families in need were kept warm during the colder months. Additionally, we proudly support new mothers and children through our ongoing relationship with Carter’s Children’s Stores, providing essential clothing and resources to help young families get a strong start. These initiatives reflect our unwavering dedication to improving the lives of those we serve, fostering economic opportunity, and building resilient communities.

At Transforming Lives & Restoring Hope (TLRH), we recognized a challenge that too many of us have overlooked for far too long — the State of Our Sons. And we knew that we could do better. That’s why we created the ManUp Program, a program built on the belief that every man has Unlimited Potential within him — potential that just needs the right guidance, support, and opportunity to thrive.
In the face of adversity, we saw a community of men who were searching for a way forward — for a chance to break the cycle, to take responsibility, and to shape their own future.
That’s what ManUp is all about. It’s about offering more than just a handout; it’s about offering a hand up — through mentorship, job training, educational opportunities, and personal growth.
