Dr. Credle is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Chrysalis Enterprises, LLC located in Roanoke Rapids, NC. Dr. Credle is an accomplished practitioner withover thirty years of government service and twenty-fiveyears of EEO experience. Dr. Credle retired from federal service in August 2020 afterserving as the NAVSEA Equal Employment Opportunity Director, responsible for developing and executing command-wide EEO programs for over 35,000 employees worldwide. Dr.Credle began her EEO career as a collateral duty EEO Counselor at Fort Lee, Virginia. After completing the Department of the Army, EEO Intern program, Dr. Credle worked as an EEO Specialist with the U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC) in Alexandria, Virginia; an Affirmative Employment Manager and Special Emphasis Program Manager with the Fort Lee EEO Office, an EEO Manager with the Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Supply Center Richmond, as the Area Director of Civil Rights for the United States Coast Guard, Atlantic Area, the EEO Manager for the Installation Management Command, Garrison, Fort Monroe, Virginia, the EEO Director for the Defense Logistics Agency in Fort Belvoir, Virginia, and the Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM), Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Dr.Credle holds an Associate’s Degree in Medical Technology from Elon University in Elon, NC, a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Management from Saint Paul’s College in Lawrenceville, Virginia;a Master’sDegree in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University in Washington, DC; and a Ph.D. in the Conflict Analysis & Resolution Doctoral Program fromNova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Dr. Credle is a graduate of the Department of the Army, EEO Intern Program, the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI),EEO Specialist Course, the DEOMI EEO Officer’s Course and the Justice Center of Atlanta’s Mediation Courseand the DON Mediation Course. She is certified as a Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) trainer and mediator and is a member of The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Ms. Credle is a sought-afterspeaker, an accomplished trainer,and a mentor for EEO professionals throughout the federal government. She has provided training seminars for the Department of Defense, Department of Army installations, and civic, nonprofit, and church organizations.
Dr. Credle is a certified coach, speaker and trainer with the John C. Maxwell Team and the recipient of the 2016 NAACP Roy C. Wilkins Renown Service Award.
